MyStudio is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating and maintaining data in our systems and databases, ensuring that all information is inputted correctly and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter data into our databases and systems from various source documents
  • Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
  • Update and maintain existing data sets, ensuring all information is current and correct
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
  • Retrieve and organize data for various reports and projects as required
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and discrepancies
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all company data
  • Assist with general administrative tasks and support other departments as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with administrative duties is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of data management and data entry best practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues

Work Environment

In-office position based in Fairfax, VA, a suburb of Washington, DC. Unfortunately, we are currently not able to consider candidates who live outside commuting distance to Fairfax.

We are a technology company, so we use a lot of software. You will be using programs such as Hubspot, Slack, Google Workspace, and video meetings.
